Fisting: A General Introduction - Drugs Part III

So now I tried to explain you what there is to get and what it does sexually...

It is I think also necessary to tell what can happen?
What can go wrong at long term?
or
What happens if you mix drugs or use in combination with other drugs?

While I was writing part I & II, I came on a page of
and I found some interesting information so I will share it with you here:

Alcohol
A long term relationship?
Alcohol is a low level toxin which is the reason it can damage the heart and liver of heavy drinkers and why pregnant women shouldn’t drink.
Heavy drinking over a long period can lead to liver disease, cancers of the throat, mouth and liver, and brain damage. Excessive drinking kills thousands each year.
Addiction to alcohol can be physical, for example, the ‘shakes’ are a withdrawal symptom, or psychological, giving you an intense urge to keep drinking.

Alcohol with other drugs:
  • Depressants  – because alcohol is a depressant drug, mixing it with other depressants like GHB, ketamine or tranquillisers can make you pass out or interfere with your breathing or heart which can kill. GHB-related overdoses and deaths often involve alcohol. It’s risky to take GHB if you have booze in your system.
  • Ecstasy  – booze deadens the effects of E and together both can dangerously dehydrate the body. E-related deaths often involve alcohol.
  • Cocaine – in the body alcohol combines with cocaine to make cocaethylene, which can make the effects of the coke stronger. Mixing the two increases the harm done by both drugs. There’s a bigger risk of sudden death when people use cocaine and alcohol together.
  • HIV medication – there are no significant bad reactions with moderate alcohol use, but if booze makes you throw up within an hour of taking HIV medication, the dose should be taken again. As drinking often causes vomiting, mixing it with other drugs carries the risk of choking on vomit if you fall unconscious.
Useful to know
Drinking water between drinks and/or before sleeping cuts down on dehydration and hangover symptoms.
Alcohol can make anxiety, depression or sleep problems worse, so should be treated with caution if you’re vulnerable to these.
Coffee can’t sober you up. Only alcohol leaving your system over time does this.

Poppers
A long term relationship?
Poppers aren’t addictive in the way some drugs are but they can be habit-forming and the more you use them the less effect they have. Sensitivity comes back after a few days of not using them.

Poppers with other drugs
  • Viagra-type drugs  – makers of erection drugs like Viagra warn against using them with poppers, as both lower blood pressure. Poppers are nitrites. Similar drugs (nitrates) are used by people with heart problems. Taking Viagra and similar drugs while on nitrates has killed people by causing a fatal drop in blood pressure. So to be on the safe side, caution is advised with poppers (nitrites) too.
  • HIV medication – protease inhibitors push up levels of erection drugs in the body, meaning a bigger risk of a dangerous interaction if poppers are used.
  • Ecstasy,  speed , cocaine or crystal meth– these all put strain on the heart. Taking them with poppers stresses it even more.
Useful to know
  • Because poppers can kill an erection, it’s better to put a condom on before the first hit of poppers.
  • Poppers easily catch fire so should be kept away from naked flames, cigarettes, etc.
  • You should avoid poppers if you’ve got high or low blood pressure, a heart condition or glaucoma (an eye condition).

Viagra
A long term relationship?

In males, this typically results in penile erection. The use of Viagra can cause side effects affecting multiple organ systems in the body. Additionally, long-term use of this drug can potentially increase the risk of psychological dependency.
Long-term use of Viagra has been associated with various problems affecting the auditory (hearing) and visual systems. Loss or decrease of hearing have been reported in association with use of Viagra

Viagra with other drugs
  • HIV medication – protease inhibitors push up levels of the erection drug in the body, so a lower dose of Viagra will be needed. It is important to check what dose you should take with your HIV doctor as there has been one reported death of a man using Viagra and also taking ritonavir and saquinavir.
  • Poppers – some makers of erection drugs warn against using them with poppers, as both lower blood pressure. Poppers are nitrites. Similar drugs called nitrates are taken by people with heart conditions. Taking Viagra and similar drugs while on nitrates has killed men by causing a fatal drop in blood pressure. So to be on the safe side, caution is advised with poppers (nitrites) too.
  • Ecstasy– Viagra and E together (called ‘sextasy’) could strain the heart and has been known to cause a hard-on that won’t go down. An erection lasting over 4 hours can damage a dick. Get medical help straight away.
  • Cocaine, crystal meth and speed, or chems that might have speed in them such as ecstasy tablets -- when taken together with Viagra these put extra pressure on the heart.
Useful to know
Viagra is the trade name for the drug sildenafil citrate. It works by relaxing the smooth muscle lining of certain blood vessels, causing them to expand and fill with blood.
It is also sold over the internet  but attention some of them are fakes.
Check with a doctor before taking erection drugs, especially if you’re in one of these groups of men more likely to have a dangerous reaction. These are men who are:
  • older
  • overweight

Cocaine
A long term relationship?
As your tolerance builds to both cocaine and crack, more will be needed to gt the same high. Coke has a reputation for being more addictive than most chems and crack is even more addictive. The drugs can cause lasting damage to how the brain works and, given the drug’s price, becoming addicted can ruin you financially.
Using cocaine or crack for a long time, or large doses, can cause panic attacks, hallucinations, depression, paranoia, and psychosis. Snorting coke can, over time, destroy the lining of the nose and the skin between nostrils called the septum.

Coke/crack with other drugs:
  • Alcohol – using booze together with coke or crack makes the bad effects of both worse and can give you the illusion of being sober when you’re drunk. These drugs mix together in the body with alcohol to make cocaethylene, a toxin that damages the brain, liver and heart. This is the reason for the bigger risk of sudden death in people using alcohol and coke or crack together.
  • Speed, Crystal meth, Ecstasy, or Viagra – mixing these drugs with coke or crack means even more pressure on the heart and circulatory system, with a bigger risk of stroke and heart attack.
  • Anti-depressants – taking cocaine or crack when you’re on some anti-depressants can cause ‘serotonin syndrome’. This could be dangerous and causes symptoms like a fast heart beat, sweating, muscle spasms, and not being able to sleep. You need to seek urgent medical help if this happens to you. If you’re on anti-depressants check with a doctor before using these drugs.
  • HIV medication – as the body processes these differently than cocaine or crack, there are no known dangerous interactions.
Useful to know
If you share straws or bank notes to snort coke tiny amounts of blood could go from the lining of one person’s nose to another. This might possibly spread blood borne viruses like hepatitis C. The same could happen if crack pipes are passed from a mouth with ulcers or burns to another person’s mouth.

Methamphetamime/Crystal meth

A long term relationship?
Tolerance to crystal meth soon builds and users need more to get the same high. The drug has a reputation for being quickly addictive. Many who party with Tina have waved goodbye to jobs, homes, money, boyfriends, friends and health. Hardened gay scene party animals who can control their use of other drugs have found themselves out of their depth with crystal. It can get hard to think of having sex without being on meth.
Using crystal long term can get scary -- we’re talking psychosis or lasting mental health problems, even after quitting the drug.
Quitting crystal can be very hard and its effects on the brain can last long after giving the drug up.

Crystal with other drugs:

  • HIV medication – protease inhibitors could cause a big, maybe fatal rise in levels of crystal in the body. And if you’re tweaking the weekend away you’re less likely to take your HIV drugs on time (if you remember at all). Meth itself damages the immune system, as does going without food or sleep when you’re on it.
  • Ecstasy, cocaine, poppers and Viagra-type drugs - all these put your heart under strain. If you’re using crystal too you’re pushing your heart even harder.
  • Anti-depressants – taking crystal while on anti-depressants can make life-threatening reactions more likely, including dangerously high blood pressure - check with your HIV doctor.

Useful to know
Injecting is best avoided. It’s the quickest way to getting addicted and runs the risk of serious health problems (skin abscesses, collapsed veins, blood poisoning, and heart infections). Sharing injecting equipment puts you at high risk of getting or passing on HIV, hepatitis C and other infections.
Using hot pipes might injure your mouth and if you share them it risks passing on - in tiny amounts of blood - infections like hepatitis C and HIV.
Condoms are more likely to break after about half an hour of fucking. So during long sex sessions on crystal it makes sense to check rubbers during sex and put a fresh one on after 30 minutes.

Ecstasy (MDMA)

A long term relationship?
Tolerance to E can soon build, with more needed to get the same high. Some people come to rely on the drug and can’t imagine clubbing without it. Whether ecstasy use can cause long term memory loss or depression is unclear – research is still looking at this.

E with other drugs:

  • Alcohol  – this can deaden the effect of E and mask the effects of the booze, making it difficult to tell how drunk you are. Both dehydrate the body, put strain on the liver and kidneys, and raise body temperature. Ecstasy-related deaths often involve booze.
  • HIV medication – some of these, especially protease inhibitors, could send levels of E to life-threatening levels in the body. Check with your HIV doctor.
  • Anti-depressants – taking E when on a course of some anti-depressants can cause ‘serotonin syndrome’, a dangerous reaction with symptoms of agitation, sleeplessness, sweating, faster heart beat and muscle spasms. If this happens, you need to seek urgent medical help. If you’re on anti-depressants get medical advice before taking E.
  • Cocaine, speed, crystal meth – these stimulant drugs taken with E can put the heart under a dangerous level of stress, leading to a risk of heart attack or stroke.  There is also a potential for ‘serotonin syndrome’.
  • Viagra-type drugs – as well as possible extra stress on the heart, there have been a few reports of this combination possibly leading to erections that won’t go down. If medical help isn’t found within four hours this can cause lasting damage to a man’s cock.

Useful to know
You can avoid overheating and dehydration by drinking a pint of water over every hour that you’re dancing, and by taking breaks. But drinking too much water can be dangerous.
Once your brain’s ‘feel good’ chemicals have been used up, they take a few days to be replaced. So there’s little point taking more E. Any extra buzz you might get will come from whatever the pill’s been cut with.
E should be avoided by people with a history of mental illness or depression as it can trigger depression or make it worse if you have it already.
As ecstasy pushes up blood pressure and heart rate it should be avoided if you’ve got high blood pressure, heart, liver, or kidney problems, the eye condition glaucoma or a history of stroke.

Cannabis

A long term relationship?
You can become dependent on cannabis. It can leave some people with a poor memory and less able to concentrate or stay motivated -- the classic ‘dope head’.
Researchers are looking at the link between cannabis and mental illness as the drug seems to trigger mental health problems, including schizophrenia, in a small number of people. This is more likely to happen in people who already have depression or anxiety or who are vulnerable to mental health problems, although they usually won’t know they’re vulnerable.
Mental illness seems more likely if you use cannabis as a teenager, if you use it a lot, or if you use the stronger types.

Cannabis with other drugs:

  • Tobacco – smoking cannabis with tobacco has a high risk of addiction to nicotine and smoking-related illness like cancer, heart disease and breathing problems. People smoking both cigarettes and cannabis take in very high levels of cancer-causing tar.
  • Alcohol -- using cannabis and alcohol together can have negative effects. You may feel sick or lose track of how much of each substance you've taken. This also leaves you open to taking risks you might not otherwise.
  • HIV medication – there are no known dangerous interactions, however, one study has shown that marijuana decreases the levels of Atazanavir in the blood.

Useful to know
Cannabis smoke contains more harmful substances than cigarette smoke.
Smoking it with tobacco has the same health risks as smoking cigarettes, such as cancer, chest and breathing problems. The risk may be higher because cannabis smokers breathe in deeper and for longer.
Eating it gets round these drawbacks but it’s harder to control the dose and the effects can be much stronger than you might want.
Using bongs is more harmful than joints because you breathe in more drugs and smoke.

GHB or GBL

A long term relationship?
Regular users often build up a tolerance to G, needing more to get the same buzz. Some get dependent on it. Withdrawal symptoms include the shakes and heavy duty anxiety attacks.

G with other drugs:

  • Depressants - it’s very risky to mix G with other depressant drugs (downers) like alcohol and tranquilisers - but also ketamine or antihistamines (used in allergy medicines). Their combined action can dangerously slow down your breathing or cause a long ‘G sleep’ - which isn’t sleep at all, but unconsciousness. A fit, coma or death is possible. Even drinking booze a few hours earlier can leave enough in your system to risk a collapse.
  • HIV medication - G can also interact with HIV meds, causing dangerously high levels of G and a bigger risk of collapsing.

Useful to know
If someone’s getting drowsy from GHB/GBL, don’t let them fall into a ‘G-sleep’ - they’re not ‘sleeping’, they’re unconscious and may not wake up. Try to keep them awake and moving until the effects wear off or medical help arrives.
If G knocks someone out, to stop them choking on their own vomit they should be laid on their side, not on their back.
If you or friends aren’t feeling well or can’t be woken up, get medical help straight away. There’s always a risk of sudden death if someone’s unconscious. You’ll be in a lot more trouble if you don’t get help and then have a dead body on your hands.

Ketamine
A long term relationship?
Overdose deaths are rare, but you can build up a tolerance to K, with more needed to get the same result. Some people become dependent on it. Using ketamine long term might cause anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts or memory loss and other mental health problems.
If you use ketamine often it can cause bladder problems, kidney or liver damage, stomach pains and blood in the urine. Ketamine can cause scarring and inflammation of the bladder making the bladder unable to hold much urine, causing a need to piss very often. These symptoms often lessen when ketamine use is stopped, but in some cases surgery is needed. Some people have had to have their bladder taken out and be fitted with a bag that collects their urine.

Ketamine with other drugs:
  • Depressants -- this includes ‘downers’ like alcohol, GHB/GBL , Valium, barbiturates. As K and other depressants slow the body and its functions down, the combined effect can knock you out and/or slow your breathing to a dangerous level.
  • HIV medication – some of these, especially protease inhibitors, can cause higher levels of ketamine in your body. There is a theoretical risk that NNRTIs could also increase the amount of ketamine in the body.
  • Tobacco/cannabis  – smoking cigarettes or joints when using K carries a risk of fires as K can make you unable to move. There is also a risk of burns as K’s anaesthetic effect can stop you feeling pain.
Useful to know
K is usually snorted in its powder form although some people add it to drinks. However, you should never mix K with alcohol. Sometimes people smoke K mixed with cannabis in a joint, however smoking it is unpleasant and can damage the lungs. Ketamine powder might also be mixed with water and injected into a muscle, but never inject into a vein. However, injecting is always best avoided because of the health risks it poses. K can also come in pill form.
If you share your injecting equipment there’s a real risk of getting or passing on infections such as HIV or hepatitis C. Injecting can also cause skin abscesses, blood poisoning, life-threatening blood clots or heart infections.
Someone in a K hole should be taken away from music and bright lights and reassured that it’ll be over soon and they will be OK.
K should be avoided by people who have fits, high blood pressure or heart or liver problems.

Speed
A long term relationship?
You can become dependent on the drug, with larger doses needed to get the same effect and withdrawal symptoms if you stop. These can include exhaustion, insomnia, depression and feeling irritable. Long-term use of speed can damage the heart, liver, kidneys and lungs, causing aggression and ‘speed psychosis’ which can include violent behaviour, paranoia and hallucinations.

Speed with other drugs:
  • HIV medication – protease inhibitors, particularly Ritonavir, can cause a big increase in the amount of speed in the body, leading to overdose.
  • Cocaine, crystal meth, Ecstasy, poppers – mixing these drugs with speed risks a dangerous strain on the heart.
  • Anti-depressants – taking speed when on these drugs can cause a life-threatening rise in blood pressure.
  • Alcohol – speed masks the effects of booze, leading people to drink more without realising how drunk/over the limit they are.
  • Viagra-type drugs  - speed causes loss of erections, but taking Viagra etc. puts even more stress on the heart.
Useful to know
Swallowing the drug wrapped in a cigarette paper (a speed bomb) or mixing it with water is less harmful than snorting which can damage the nose. When snorting there’s less damage to the nose if the powder’s fine, if you alternate nostrils and rinse them out after. Injecting is best avoided as this is more likely to lead to addiction. Also, speed deaths are linked to taking the drug this way, and it can cause skin abscesses, damaged veins, blood poisoning and heart infections. Sharing injecting equipment can pass on HIV and hepatitis B and C. Speed should be avoided by people with high blood pressure or heart conditions.

Mephedrone
A long term relationship?
The effects of mephedrone wear off after about an hour and it’s easy to get dependent on it and get into a situation where you take more and more to keep the buzz going.

Mephedrone with other drugs:
As mephedrone is pretty new on the scene there’s no research to say what effects it can have.

Useful to know
Less is known about mephedrone than most other drugs as it is relatively new. It is clear that it stimulates the heart, causing a rapid heartbeat. Some people have also experienced their fingers being cold or turning blue.
People have also reported it causing similar side effects as amphetamines, such as teeth grinding, anxiety, paranoia, short-term memory loss and changes in body temperature.
There hasn’t been much research into mephedrone so it is hard to know the effect it has on other drugs such as HIV meds. It is best to be cautious and if you are using it talk to your doctor about how it might affect your other pills.

Acid (LSD)

A long term relationship?
Using acid for a long time can cause paranoia and schizophrenia-like mental illness.
Weeks, months or years after taking LSD you might get panic attacks or flashbacks, which is where parts of the trip are relived.

Acid with other drugs:
  • Anti-depressants can lower or boost the effects of LSD. Some anti-depressants and the mood stabiliser lithium can make the effect of the drug a lot stronger and cause dangerous reactions. Check with a doctor before taking acid if you’re on these other drugs. Acid can be very strong and unpredictable, so mixing it with other chems isn’t a good idea at all.
  • There are no known dangerous interactions between LSD and anti-HIV medication.
Useful to know
If someone’s having a bad trip, take them somewhere quiet and reassure them the drug will wear off in a few hours. But if they are out of control, get medical help as they may need sedating. Acid can.

Fisting: A General Introduction - Drugs Part II

There are a lot of drugs but i will explain some of the most comment ones used in our scene:
Alcohol, Poppers, Viagra, Cocaine, Methamphetamime/Crystal meth, Ecstasy (MDMA), Marijuana/cannabis, GHB and GBL, Ketamine, Speed, Mephedrone & LCD...

Cocaine
is also known as coke, Charlie, C, snow, blow, a toot, or Bolivian/Peruvian/Columbian marching powder.
Coke is a powerful stimulant and is made from the leaves of the South American coca shrub. It makes the brain release its natural ‘feel good’ chemical dopamine.
Coke usually comes as a powder. It’s often cut with impurities like baking soda, sugar, amphetamine or painkillers.
Freebase and crack, also known as rocks or stones, are both types of cocaine which have been treated to make them smokable. Crack cocaine is a less pure version of freebase cocaine and comes as small, dirty white/light brown rock-like pieces. Crack has a more powerful high than cocaine and is even more addictive.

Highs and lows:
A hit with either coke or crack comes on fast, usually within a minute, making you feel exhilarated, alert, full of energy, confident, sociable, talkative and physically strong. It stops you feeling hungry or tired and kills pain. Effects last for up to half an hour if you snort it and less if it’s smoked or injected. The drugs push up your body temperature, blood pressure and heart rate, and can cause chest pain and irregular heart beat even in healthy people. People who use coke or crack are much more likely to have a heart attack than people who don’t use them. Cocaine and crack use is also linked to strokes and seizures.
Comedown symptoms include feeling down, rough, agitated, tired and craving for more of the drug.

Sex on coke/crack
  • Make you feel physically strong, horny, more sexually aggressive or confident, with more stamina for longer sessions.
  • Possibility of heightened sense of touch and longer, stronger orgasms.
  • Lower inhibitions making unsafe sex more likely.
  • Pain killing effect can lead to rougher sex and sores or bleeding from you arse or cock, which you may not notice. This makes it more likely that HIV, hepatitis C or other infections will be passed on.
  • Difficulty getting hard-ons, difficulty, lower sex drive, especially with a bigger dose or when taken for a long time.
  • Rubbing coke into your arse will numb it and irritate the skin, making it easier for infections to be passed on.

Methamphetamime/Crystal meth
is also known as meth, crystal, methamphetamine and Tina. In the US it’s also called ice, crank and speed (not to be confused with the British use of ‘speed’ for ordinary, weaker amphetamine).
Crystal meth is a super-strength amphetamine stimulant which speeds up your body and its functions. Industrial chemicals and cleaning products which are often toxic go into making it.
Used in dance clubs or during sex, crystal releases the brain’s stress hormone norepinephrine and ‘feel good’ chemicals dopamine and serotonin.
Meth comes as white or colourless crystals which can be crushed to make a powder, or it might sometimes come as a pill.

Highs and lows:
Meth is used for energy during non-stop sex or dancing. It can make you feel on a high, wide awake, confident, sometimes invincible, impulsive, less likely to feel pain, and very horny with fewer inhibitions.
Crystal increases your body temperature, heart beat and blood pressure, possibly to dangerous levels, with a risk of heart attack, stroke, coma or death.
You might go days without eating or sleeping. The comedown can leave you feeling exhausted, aggressive, and paranoid, in some cases even suicidal.
Depending on how you take crystal, it can damage the lungs, nose and mouth. The drug’s bad reputation comes from the many casualties it’s caused on the gay scene in America and Australia.

Sex on Crystal
  • Can make you feel very horny and compulsive, having sex with lots of men.
  • Can make you do things you wouldn't usually do, like taking sexual risks when you could get or pass on HIV.
  • Often stops you coming or getting hard - "crystal dick".
  • Long or rough sex on crystal can cause sores or bleeding in your arse, dick or mouth which you may not notice. You can then get or pass on HIV, Hepatitsis C and other infections more easily.
  • Cold, aggressive or disconnected sex.

Ecstasy (MDMA)
Ecstasy is also known as E or MDMA, in America and Australia it is know as X or XTC. Pure ecstasy is Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) - although there’s less MDMA in E now compared to in the past. What’s sold as ecstasy is often cut with things like speed, aspirin, caffeine, ketamine or LSD/acid-type drugs.

Highs and lows:
About half an hour after taking E, as you come up it makes your brain release its ‘feel good’ chemicals dopamine and serotonin. For up to four hours you can feel chilled out, buzzing with energy, less uptight. You may feel high and ‘loved up’ (full of affection, even for total strangers). Sounds and lights can be enhanced, which is another reason for E’s popularity with clubbers.
Jaw clenching, teeth grinding and sweating are also common. E can sometimes cause anxiety or panic attacks.
The drug can push up your body temperature to what could be life-threatening levels, which is made worse by hot clubs and dancing.
In the days after taking E many people feel down or irritable.
Between 2003 and 2007 just over 200 people died in the UK after using E, often in combination with other drugs. Ecstasy-related deaths are often due to heatstroke, heart failure or drinking too little or too much water. Many had used E with other chems or booze.
A small number of people seem to be hypersensitive to the drug, making their first experience of it dangerous.

Sex on ecstasy
  • Ecstasy can make people horny, with an increased sense of touch. But it can make it difficult to get a hard-on or to come.
  • lowers your inhibitions it can make some people more likely to risk getting or passing on HIV.
‘Sexstasy’ is the combination of E and Viagra where the two pills are taken together or crushed, then snorted or put in a capsule and swallowed. This combination is used to get around the problem of getting and keeping a hard-on, however, this can be dangerous and lead to an erection that will not subside for several hours. If this happens you need to seek urgent medical help.

Cannabis
Is also known as marijuana, Mary Jane, dope, pot, spliff, hash(ish), weed, puff, grass, herb, draw, wacky backy, smoke, ganja, hemp, or skunk which is a much stronger variety.

It’s a psychoactive (mood changing) drug made from the buds or flowers of the cannabis plant. It can come as a block of soft, greenish/brown resin or can look like dried herbs, in which case it’s known as weed, marijuana or grass. THC (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol) is the main active chemical in the drug that causes the high.

Highs and lows:
You can be high or stoned for up to four hours after taking cannabis. This can make you feel chilled out, sociable, talkative and giggly. You might feel you have new insights into life and experience touch, sounds and colours differently. It can also cause a distorted sense of space and time, and you might hallucinate. Cannabis can also make you feel hungry, sleepy or light-headed, and it can dull pain.
Cannabis can leave you feeling ‘woolly headed’ and can cause short-term memory loss, confusion, co-ordination difficulties, and slower reflexes which makes driving dangerous. Higher doses can make you feel sick, anxious, paranoid, or panicky.

Sex on Cannabis
  • Can make you feel horny, increase your sense of touch and lower your inhibitions.
  • With too much the tranquilising effect takes over.
  • Orgasms can seem weaker, more sensual and not just felt in your dick.
  • Sex can be more 'touchy feely' with a greater sense of connection to who your with.
  • Can make you feel withdrawn and less interested in sex.
  • Erection problems in the long term, equal to that of cigarette smokers, if smoked with tobacco.

GHB and GBL
are also know as GBH, Grievous bodily harm, Gina, G or liquid ecstasy
GHB (Gamma hydroxybutyrate) and GBL (Gamma Butyrolactone) are chems used in dance clubs or during sex. They’re depressant drugs (‘downers’), which means they slow your body and its functions down.
Both types of G have industrial solvent and paint stripper-type chemicals in them.
Because GBL turns into GHB inside the body, the effects of GBL can be stronger or more unpredictable than when taking GHB.
When the law on GHB tightened, GBL largely took over from it on the scene.

Highs and lows:
With G the high comes on after about 20 minutes, lasting about one hour but may last up to four hours.
A dose of G can make you feel chilled out, horny or mildly high. It’s often used to boost the effect of other chems like E.
Too much G leaves you dizzy, drowsy or vomiting - which could cause death from choking if G has knocked you out. The worst case scenarios with G are seizures, coma and death.
A little ‘Gina’ goes a long way, with not much difference (maybe only a millilitre or so) between the dose that gets you high and one that has you hitting the floor. Overdosing is easy to do and comes on with little warning. The list of party goers killed by G is growing.
Overdoses tend to happen either when people take a second dose before the first kicks in, the G is stronger than expected or they’ve been drinking alcohol.

Sex on GHB
  • It can make you more relaxed and help taking things up the arse.
  • Although it is said to make you horny, it is also harder to come.
  • By lowering your inhibitions, unsafe sex is more likely, increasing the risk of HIV or other infections.

Ketamine
is also known as K, Special K, and Vitamin K.
K is an anaesthetic and is sometimes referred to as ‘horse tranquiliser’. It’s one of the chems used in dance clubs or during sex.
Ketamine can come as a powder or a liquid that’s dried to make the powder.

Highs and lows:
Ketamine can boost your energy levels in small doses, or make you feel high, numb, cut off from your body, or in a dreamy, floating state. K can cause hallucinations and an out of body experience that can feel like you're entering a different reality, or meeting God or aliens.
The effects last 45-90 minutes if snorted and up to three hours if injected or swallowed.
The side effects of K can include dizziness, feeling sick, feeling disorientated, blurred sight and speech and throwing up, which is risky as you might choke on your vomit if you've passed out.
A large enough dose can cut you off from your surroundings and sense of self. This is called a ‘K hole’ and can last up to 90 minutes. You might find it hard or impossible to move or talk and in this state swallowing or breathing can be difficult.

Sex on Ketamine

  • Can make you horny but have difficulty getting a hard on or coming.
  • Can relax arse muscles, sometimes used for fisting.
  • Can reduce pain putting you at more risk of getting but not noticing damage, cuts and bleeding during rough sex, increasing your risk of HIV, Hepatitis C and other infections.
  • Lower inhibitions can lead to unsafe sex.

Speed
is also known as amphetamine, uppers, sulphate or whizz. Speed is the street name for amphetamine, a stimulant drug. Although it might come as a pill, speed usually comes as a white-ish powder, often cut with other things like caffeine or talc. It makes the brain release its ‘feel good’ chemicals dopamine and serotonin and the stress hormone norepinephrine.

Highs and lows:
Speed can lower your inhibitions, raise your mood, making you feel energetic, confident, alert, talkative and sociable. It can allow you to go without sleep or food. An increased heartbeat, sweating, teeth grinding, jaw clenching and being unable to sleep are common side effects. After using speed you can feel depressed, anxious and tired.

Sex on speed
  • difficulty getting erection
  • desensitised penis
  • longer, rougher sex leading to sore or bleeding penis or arse

Mephedrone
is also known as: Meow meow, MCAT, m-cat, meph, miaew, bubbles, white magic and plant feeder.
It’s a stimulant drug, chemically similar to amphetamines and derived from cathinone, also found in the drug khat.

Highs and lows:
For about an hour after taking mephedrone you may feel euphoric, alert, empathic to those around you, confident and talkative.  Some people describe it as being like a mixture of ecstasy and cocaine.
Because the effects wear off quite quickly, it’s easy to become dependent on mephedrone and to keep using more once the effects wear off.  Some people find it hard to stop once they’ve started a session on the drug.
If you snort it, you can get soreness in your nose and nosebleeds. Mephedrone also has an effect on the heart, with some users reporting palpitations and an irregular heartbeat. It can also cause fits because of the way it stimulates the nervous system.
There were concerns about the safety of the drug which led to it being classified as a Class B drug in 2010. Before this it was legally sold as plant food or bath salts.
Although there hasn’t been much research into mephedrone, medics think it is more dangerous to mix it with alcohol as this seems to increase the chances of it causing breathing problems.

Sex on mephedrone

  • .With 4-MEC, you instantly get rock hard erections.
  •  Can also totally destroy your libido when sober, for weeks or months

Acid (LSD)
Acid is also known as LSD (Lysergic Acid Diethylamide) or a trip. It’s a psychedelic and hallucinogenic drug made from a fungus and comes in small squares of blotting paper or card called tabs.

Thirty to 60 minutes after swallowing a tab its effects will start, peaking in the first two to five hours and lasting up to 12 hours.

Highs and lows:
Acid makes you hallucinate. You might see colours more intensely and patterns could appear. Things might seem to move or melt or you may feel like you’re floating and that time has slowed down. You might feel you’re seeing a new reality and getting a different understanding of life. No two acid trips are the same. It’s a very unpredictable drug; the effects depend on the amount of drug in the tab, your mood when you take it and your surroundings.
You could have a bad trip though, and these can be frightening as hallucinations can last for hours.

Sex on acid
LSD can make you feel horny and heighten your sense of touch and hallucinations can be erotic. Sex on acid can seem to last much longer than it actually does. Because the drug can lower your inhibitions and change how you see reality, it might be easier to act out sexual fantasies. Lower inhibitions can also cloud your judgement about safer sex.  Because there’s always a risk of a bad trip, sex on LSD is best done with someone you know well and trust.

I have to add a fairly important warning though: frequently having sex while high on stimulants can feel great, but it can also totally destroy your libido when sober, for months. I suggest you don't do it more than once a month (or do it a special occasions),
while having regular, sober sex the rest of the time.

Fisting: A General Introduction - Drugs Part I

FISTING & DRUGS, but first:

I’m strong against the use of or using drugs.
Still I think it is necessary to tell and write about it in my blog.
Today even more than before,
yes it is true, even in the 80’s drugs were comment in the hard scene but not like what I see now a days.
No I’m not a saint I tried also things in the past,
like my mother said always:
"do not have an opinion about something if you do not know what it is or does"
Even when she wasn't of course talking about drugs. LOL
But you hang around with friends and you do not want to be left out.
So I did and it didn't have any effect on me, because i am already hyperactif from nature.
and you know people still like me and think I’m cool.
SO SAY NO AGAINST DRUGS.

My opinion is you have better sex/sessions without drugs, you are completely into the game with mind and body and you will undergoing the real feeling of fisting, the sensations you didn’t even know they existed.
I play with guys and ask them to try it without drugs and see how it goes. Now there are some guys smiling reading this, I know. Yes! For those who know me I have very big hands, but if you are comfortable and have trust in the person you will have a ffucking great time and the size won’t play a big rule. The result of it they go totally wild and when the session is over they can’t not get over it about what they felt. Or let it put it in their words: “wow, this is what fisting really is, I never felt this way it is mind blowing”.

Like I said I know the reality is otherwise. For this reason I want to write about it, so I will give some facts concerning the use of drugs in the Fist world. Drugs are used in the Fist community because it helps you to get over certain limits like pain or getting into a higher dimension so you can block of some of those daily thoughts.

NO ADVICES BUT FACTS.
Because like I said I do NOT promote drugs.

In our community you will find all kind of drugs and some of you don't even know what it does to you.
So with the help of my partner, friends and Wikipedia, I will try to explain.

Many sexual activities have side effects on people's concentration and these activities include (hand practice and secretion of your sperm) the attraction towards people (male and female) happens because of the atmosphere you have around you and the environment. Many drugs, both legal and illegal, have side effects which impact on the user's sexual functions. For example, the side effect of many legal antidepressants and antipsychotic drugs is the reduction of sexual desire.
Some drugs, such as cocaine, crystal and MDMA, increase sensual and erotic sensations, though both may inhibit sexual intercourse itself by causing temporary erectile dysfunctions.

Other drugs, such as alcohol, are notorious for being used to render unknowing victims unconscious or severely sedated and thus easy targets for sexual predators.
Perhaps the most common drug used is alcohol. At low concentrations of blood alcohol, social inhibitions are reduced, though in higher concentrations it can also inhibit performance. Many other drugs also inhibit sexual performance.

Tobacco use (e.g., cigarette smoking), also reduces sexual function, with the incidence of impotence being approximately 85 percent higher in male smokers compared to non-smokers.

A few drugs can actually increase sexual performance when used to treat erectile dysfunction. These include sildenafil (marketed as Viagra) and tadalafil. Bremelanotide appears to affect sexual desire directly, making it the first scientifically recognized aphrodisiac. This is also true of Melanotan II which bremelanotide is based upon. Additionally, the alkyl nitrites (poppers) have a long history of use as a sexual enhancement aid, going back about fifty years. According to the text "ISOBUTYL NITRITE and Related Compounds", many researchers agree that the alkyl nitrites may be a true aphrodisiac in the sense of promoting and enhancing sexual response.

Hard and soft drugs are terms to distinguish between psychoactive drugs that are addictive and perceived as especially damaging and drugs that are believed to be non-addictive (or minimally addictive) and with fewer dangers associated with their use. The term "soft drug" (marihuana, alcohol, cigarettes & caffeine) is considered controversial by its critics because it implies that the drug causes no or insignificant harm.
The distinction between soft drugs and hard drugs is important in the drug policy of the Netherlands, but totally different as the American (USA) or British (UK) drug policy.

Designer drugs are drugs that are created (or marketed, if they had already existed) to avoid the provisions of existing drug laws, usually by preparing analogs or derivatives of existing drugs by modifying their chemical structure to varying degrees, or less commonly by finding drugs with entirely different chemical structures that produce similar subjective effects to illegal recreational drugs.

Drugs, medicinal and recreational, can be taken in a number of ways. Many drugs can be administered in a variety of ways rather than just one.
  • Bolus or medicine, a bolus (from Latin bolus, ball) is the administration of a medication
  • Inhaled, (breathed into the lungs), as an aerosol or dry powder. (This includes smoking a substance)
  • Injected as a solution, suspension or emulsion either: intramuscular, intravenous, intraperitoneal,    intraosseous.
  • Insufflation, or snorted into the nose.
  • Orally, as a liquid or solid, that is absorbed through the intestines.
  • Rectally as a suppository, that is absorbed by the rectum or colon.
  • Sublingually, diffusing into the blood through tissues under the tongue.
  • Topically, usually as a cream or ointment. A drug administered in this manner may be given to act locally or systemically.
  • Vaginally as a suppository, primarily to treat vaginal infections.

SEX & DRUGS

A big difference between how gay men use drugs compared to straight people is that we’re much more likely to use them during sex.

What drugs can add to sex
Drugs, including alcohol, can make us feel more sexually confident or sexier in general -- using steroids to build an impressive body is an example. They can improve our sexual performance and give us added stamina for longer sex sessions, where you don't need to stop for food or sleep as much. Some have an aphrodisiac quality (they make us horny), others can become so linked in our minds with sex that we feel more ‘up for it’ just by taking them.

Chems, flirting and fucking
Lots of chems lower our inhibitions. We might make a move on someone we wouldn’t feel able to if we were sober, or be more sexually adventurous than we’d otherwise be.  Some drugs can heighten our body’s sensitivity, making sex more ‘touchy feely’. How we feel when we come can be enhanced, with it feeling like an ‘all over’ or ‘total body’ orgasm, instead of being just centred on the dick. Some drugs are used because they help with certain sex acts. Poppers relax the arse sphincter when fucking or fisting. Ketamine relaxes arse muscles too, and is used for fisting. Some drugs such as ketamine, speed, and crystal act as pain killers, especially when put directly on the arse hole. This lets men have rougher sex – and for longer.
But rougher and longer sex means there is more chance your skin will get sore or cut either inside the body or on the skin of cock and arse. This makes it easier for HIV to get out of one body and into another. Rougher, longer fucking also puts added stress on condoms. Rubbers are more likely to break after around 30 minutes, so a fresh one will be needed or at least check regularly that it’s still in one piece. Drugs and booze can also be a way of blotting out things that are bothering us, maybe deep seated issues about how we feel about ourselves, our sexuality and how we relate to others.

So there are a lot of drugs, i will explain some of the most comment ones used in our scene: Alcohol, Poppers, Viagra, Cocaine, Methamphetamime/Crystal meth, Ecstasy (MDMA), Marijuana/cannabis, GHB and GBL, Ketamine, Speed, Mephedrone & LCD...
etc. etc.

Alcohol
is also known as booze or drink, in America it's called liquor and in Australia grog.
Booze is the oldest and most widely used drug in the World. It’s a mood changing drug and a depressant but in small doses it acts as a stimulant.

Highs and lows:
Alcohol heightens your mood, making you happier or more affectionate if you feel that way already. It can relax you, lower your inhibitions, and make you more sociable and confident. If your mood is low, alcohol can make it lower, and it’s well known for causing aggression. When booze lowers your inhibitions, it can put you at risk of harm and affect your judgement.
Because it’s a depressant, alcohol slows down your body’s reactions, causing slurred speech, lack of co-ordination, blurred vision, sleepiness or passing out. Other unwelcome effects are throwing up and dehydration -- not having enough water in the body is the main cause of hangovers. Higher doses cause blackouts where you can't remember what happened, and very high doses can lead to alcohol poisoning, which can kill.

Sex and alcohol
  • Lower inhibitions, feeling horny and more confident.
  • Feeling less uptight, more affectionate, more sexually assertive and experimental.
  • Difficulty getting hard and coming.
  • Heavy drinkers can have loss of sex drive and be unable to get hard.
  • Effects on your judgement can increase risk taking during sex and make getting or passing on HIV more likely.
  • Less control over the kind of sex you have or forgetting what kind of sex you've had.

Poppers
are also known as amyl, butyl, isobutyl nitrite, amyl (especially in Australia, where it’s pronounced ‘ammul’), ‘aromas’, ‘liquid incense’ and by brand names like Liquid Gold and Rush. They’re often wrongly called ‘nitrates’, which are similar, but different, chemicals.
Poppers are a liquid made from chemicals from the alkyl nitrite family. The name comes from the days when they came in glass capsules that popped when broken open. Due to a change in the law which outlawed isobutyl nitrite in 2007, poppers on sale in the UK are now made with isopropyl nitrite. In other European country's recently the Laws was changed again and in mostly all of these country's it is forbidden now.

Highs and lows:
Seconds after breathing them in, poppers cause a rush of blood to your head, your heart beats fast and your muscles relax (including the sphincter muscle in your arse hole). For a few minutes you can feel an excited, light-headed feeling. Poppers can be used on the dance floor too, to boost the effects of music and lights. Headaches are the main side effect of the drug. Poppers spilt on the skin causes burns which go in a few days. Wash poppers off with water straight away but get medical help if they get in your eyes.
In some people, poppers cause dizziness or fainting. Some people have reported vision problems with the new forumla poppers sold after 2007 but sight returns to normal if use of poppers stops.

Sex on poppers
  • can increase risk of HIV transmission due to: lower inhibitions making unsafe sex more likely, possible increased blood supply to arse making bleeding more likely; may weaken immune system for a short time increasing the chance of getting an infection.

Viagra
is also known as sildenafil or sildenafil citrate. There are other erection drugs similar to Viagra, such as Cialis (tadalafil) and Levitra (vardenafil). ‘Generic Viagra’ is an almost identical version of the drug but it’s not sold under these well known brand names. One well known generic version is Kamagra. The information here is true for both Viagra and the other types of erection drugs. They work by increasing the flow of blood to the dick, giving a harder, longer lasting hard-on. Effects last around four hours. Cialis tends to last longer (up to one or two days for some men).

Highs and lows:
Viagra offers a quick fix for many men with erection problems, whether the cause is physical or psychological. Men with no real problems getting hard use these drugs too, to boost their sexual performance, especially if they are on chems that make getting erections difficult. Side effects can be a blocked nose, headache, a red face and chest, upset stomach or short-lived slight changes in vision. They’re less likely to work if you’re anxious or your hard-on difficulties have a physical cause like diabetes, circulation or prostate problems. Rare side effects include blindness, stroke, heart attack or death but this is more likely to happen to older men or those who have existing health problems, especially if they’re already on nitrate-based drugs for a heart condition.

Sex on Viagra
  • may cause less sensitivity in the penis
  • can make orgasm more difficult

In part II,
we will try to tell you more about different kinds and
the effects in combanation with sex

Fisting: A General Introduction Part IV

Lubes
Realizing that the anus was intended for the expulsion of fecal material and not for the insertion of foreign objects, one must take into consideration two primary factors; one how do you coax the anus into allowing the insertion of a foreign object and two what lubricant(s) should you use.

Anal-specific…
Many lubricants are safe for anal sex, but there are products that are specially made or designed to enhance enjoyment of anal sex. Often this is simply a thicker gel rather than a liquid.
This thicker consistency is preferable because it helps the lubricant stay in place.
Some lubricants contain benzocaine, Xylocaine/lidocaine (or lignocaine) or ketamine, they are anesthetics. However, the use of any numbing for anal penetration is not recommended in the beginning.
First learn to listen to you inner body/ass, as a lack of sensation makes or can make accidental injury more likely. In addition, benzocaine it can cause an allergic reaction in those with an allergy to PABA (4-aminobenzoic acid).

Here I will tell you about the various lubes that are currently available.
Lubes to use for Fist basically come in 5 main groups: water soluble, tropical oil based, vegetable based, silicone based and oil based. The last 2 groups like oil based and silicone based are not or netter not used for fisting.

Oil based, for example petroleum-based lubricants (petroleum jelly), such as Vaseline. Its use is strongly discouraged as it is not readily digestible, leaves a residue in the bowels that inhibits the normal functioning of the bowel, it can increase the likelihood of breakage and slipping of latex gloves due to loss of elasticity caused by these lubricants and is harder to wash off the skin and out of laundry.

Silicone-based, are usually formulated with fewer than four ingredients and do not contain any water. Silicone lubricants offer a different feel from water-based personal lubricants. They are not absorbed by skin or mucus membranes, and consequently last longer than water-based lubricants. Many different silicone lubricants are commercially available with varying quality and performance. Not all silicone-based lubricants are certified latex-safe, but silicone-based lubricants have not been shown to increase the risk of HIV transmission during anal intercourse, as some water-based lubes have.
Silicone-based lubricants are not usually recommended for use with sex toys or other products that are made from silicone because the formula may dissolve the surface making it sticky to the touch, and cause disintegration of the item over time. This damage may create a breeding ground for bacteria. In most cases a warning is listed on the product label. At least one manufacturer claims their silicone-based lubricant is safe for use with silicone products. They are also used in the manufacture of pre-lubricated condoms, due to its long-lasting properties and superior latex compatibility.

Only 3 groups are useful for Fisting.
Each group has its own particular advantages and disadvantages.

Water soluble lubes, (J-lube, Elbow Grease Gel, Foreplay, KY, Durex play feel, etc.), are water based. These have a tendency to dry out and become tacky during use and need to be re-applied several times or moistened with water during a session. A spray bottle of water is a useful and convenient way to accomplish this.

J- Lube’s primary ingredient is polyethylene oxide, there is a readymade one “Probe” another well-known water based lube for good heavy play. Both of these lubes are well-known for their stringy quality but they’re messy. The thing is that they form wonderful slick barriers that make large penetrations very much easier.

Tropical lubes, (Elbow Grease regular, Fist, Natural Lube, etc.), are made from palm/coconut oils and usually do not require any additional moisture to keep them slick. Care should be used as some people are allergic to tropical oils and products containing them. Ask your partner before using any lube that contains as part of its chemistry palm/coconut oils. Tropical lubes, like petroleum lubes, cause a rapid breakdown of latex items, so use a little extra caution and change gloves often during a session.

Vegetable based lubes, (Crisco, etc.), are made primarily from corn or soy bean oils. They are heavy, do not need any additional moisture to keep them slick and provide excellent adhesion to the anal area. Breakdown of latex items is minimal and the cost is negligible compared to the other types of lubes.

Some lubricants, with the exception of Crisco, contain Nonoxynol-9, a spermicide, which has proven beneficial in the destruction of the HIV virus that causes AIDS. However, there are conflicting reports among experts as to how beneficial Nonoxynol-9 is and there have been statements issued by the Surgeon General's office that Nonoxynol-9 has caused allergic reactions in some people. Here again, a little common sense and caution will pay off. Ask your partner if he/she is allergic to Nonoxynol-9. If your partner does not know proceed with extra care, or better yet, select a lube which does not contain nonoxynol-9.

In fisting, there can never be too much lube. You must remember that the sexual activity that you're engaging in causes a tremendous amount of stress to the anal area and the bowel, regardless of how careful you are, so the smoother you can make the penetration the better. There are people who use one can of Crisco every session. A little messy, but the results are great! Myself I love to play with Crisco because if I want rimming the rose-butt and I LOVE that, I do not want to have a strange taste in my mouth, but in the last years I learned to do it also with other lubricants… still you will see a difference if I play with Crisco I go even more wild.

Lube contamination is a major concern, especially if you are involved in a group scene. Most of the commercially available products come in squeeze tubes or with pump tops for dispensing. Others, such as Crisco, do not have these advantages so extra care must be taken to prevent contamination. The easiest way to do this is to portion the lube out into disposable containers. This way the original container doesn't become contaminated by everyone "helping" themselves. In a one on one session the one pound cans of Crisco are easy to use and dispose of.
With a little experimentation you will determine which lube is best for you. Everyone has his favorites.
The best rule is to use whatever the bottom prefers. If you, as the top, are allergic to the chemical structure of the lube, take a few extra precautions to protect yourself such as wearing a long sleeve shirt with the gloves up over the sleeve cuffs or obtain some veterinarians' gloves like those used in artificial insemination of livestock which go all the way up to the arm pit. With a little common sense and care, you and your partner should be able to have a fulfilling session.

NOTE:
PLEASE TO ALL BEGINNERS AND OR THOSE WHO PLAY ALREADY FOR A LONGTIME, MORE AND MORE I SEE ON PARTIES AROUND THE WORLD GUYS COMEING IN WITH PLASTIC DISHWASH BOTTLES FILLED WITH J-LUBE OR ANY OTHER LUBRICANT.
THIS IS A TURN-OFF
THERE ARE PLASTIC CONTAINERS OR BOTTLES YOU CAN BUY EVERY WHERE
LIKE IN SPORT SHOPS
USE THEM,

Fisting: A General Introduction - part III

Additional what I wrote about the eating,
I need to tell you that besides paying attention on what to eat there is more.
You have to find out for yourself how long it takes to digest/corrode food, for each and every person this is different. For me it is 48 up to 72 hours, for my boyfriend it is 1 up to 3 hours… so you see different.
If you do not know your timetable, let me tell how you can find out. Prepare yourself a dinner with potatoes, spinach and beef. (If you do not like spinach replace this with beetroot.) The stool will be green (with beetroot = red) colored in de following hours or days. Every time you go the toilets check-out your stool. Now you know how long it takes. This is good to find out what you can expect while you douche/clean your ass.

The washing or cleaning is the best way to do it in 2 or 3 times, if you have eaten other food that I mentioned in “Part I” or let me remind you all kind of pastas/spaghettis are good diets before playing. All this is again depending on your stool? All other food are maybe requiring more cleaning. I know guys who only live on pastas & spaghettis… but they are into heavy playing (meaning 5 or 6 days in a week).
Let me tell you, if you know you going to play in the evening than the best is to clean the first time in the morning or after waking up whatever hour that is … a small cleaning around 10 to 15 minutes. The 2nd time you clean again 10 to 15 min. yourself around lunchtime or just after finishing work and if it is necessary the 3th time one hour before the FFun, 10 to max. 20 minutes. This is a nice and comfortable way of cleaning yourself and good for the inner flora of your body.
If you really hungry you can eat something like or with rice, around lunchtime or 4 to 3 hours before playing. Rice in general stops everything for some hours…

Having selected your equipment, eaten (and mentally prepared), you are now ready to begin. The idea is to create an environment in which you can relax. Relaxation is your "best" friend when cleaning out. After you find out what is the best way for you or for those who are used to the process of cleaning it will go much easier. But even I see sometimes guys who are into fisting for quite a while that they do not know really how to clean....

Your bowels will be receptive and agreeable to the enema. Select a tepid/lukewarm water temperature, something that feels pleasant to the skin. ATTENTION! Remember the bowels can’t "feel". Water that is too warm may cause burning of the interior lining. Water that is too cool may cause cramps. If it is your first time than apply a small amount of lubricant (something that is NOT water soluble or petroleum based) to the anal area and nozzle. Lubrication allows for easier insertion of the nozzle. Allow the water to enter you at a rate that doesn't cause immediate discomfort or "triggers" the evacuation response. The best results are obtained by taking just enough fluid in to cause some pressure in your left side. When you reach this point remove the nozzle and retain the water by clenching your anal muscles. Retention allows the water to move around in the bowel. You can also scrub your hand over your stomach to stimulate this also called gravity. As it does, the pressure you felt in you will subside and additional water may be injected. Time and experience will teach you when to add more or release what you have. When releasing, FORCE, yourself to do so in a calm and relaxed manner. Sudden expulsion of the enema mixed with fecal material can cause fissures and abrasions to the rectal tissues. Use common sense. Repeat the process until the fluid you are releasing is clear with no fecal fragments visible.

If you really have difficulty getting clean enough, it's worth filling yourself partially, holding it, and lying down or even raising the hips slightly. This allows gravity to work in your favor, and moves the water more deeply into the bowel. You'll find that expelling after deep filling will take longer, and water will continue to make its way down for some time, but once you're used to it, you'll learn to know when its all out. Doing this repeatedly over a period of a couple of hours, with 15-20 min breaks, will in most guys clean out deeply and effectively.

It's also worth taking a moment to think about the shape of the bowel, and where it lies in the abdomen. Tracing the route upward from the anus, the rectum generally slopes toward the guy's left, kinks slightly, and moves up the left hand side of the body as the descending colon until it turns a corner more or less under the bottom of the rib cage. Lying on your left side will again help gravity to help in the cleaning process, by letting the water enter the descending colon more easily.  No matter how careful the cleaning out, nothing can guarantee cleanliness, especially with deep or heavy fisting.  No real fister will be phased by this, and will simply scoop it out and carry on. Wishing to be as clean as possible is understandable and reasonable, but fisting really isn't an activity for anyone who is paranoid about coming into contact with shit.

DO NOT and i repeat DO NOT go on for more than a half hour with putting water in or push it to far this will make your ass tired even before starting. Liters of water is't good either do it in small proportians.
Short periods are better...

There is one other very important thing to do before we start to play:
Tops & Bottoms cute your nails.
Please, uncut nails can do a lot of harm to the bottom.
Check also if after cutting the nails are smooth if not polish them.

Once again, this information is in no way an absolute standard for the practices being discussed.
Each one of you must determine for him/her-self what suits them.
I can’t say it enough this is written out of our experience, but in the 30 years of me fisting it helped a lot of guys with it…

Fisting: A General Introduction - part II

Equipment to clean - and what do I want?
(Anal Douches & Enemas)
Cleaning is one of the most important things to do before playing. Man or woman it does not matter you have to, out of respect for your partner or the people you play with. You do not want to play in an undiscovered black or red sea.... (except for thos who wear a brown hanky).

There are a lot of items available on the market today.
Experimentation will help you decide which works best for you.
Cost will also be a factor so take your time.

Everyone has seen the neat little ready-to-use disposable products.
For a quick "clean-out" before or a quick rinse out afterwards, these are great.
However, from a complete cleansing point of view they are a little ineffective.

Syringe bulbs have a major advantage over the fleet/stream.
You have a reusable, refillable container that is easily transported and used.
But, here again, they are not practical as you have to refill often.

Both are easy to travel with you never know where you find good action and sometimes you’re not prepared. We were on the road one day, somewhere in Holland and we wanted to play :-))  we went in to a public bathroom filled it up with water and cleaned ourselves, 15 min later we were playing somewhere outside and later a 2nd time in the car it was HOT… so it can be handy.

or

The old fashioned hanging "douche" bag is great for a novice/ beginner.
They come with a water control device which will allow you to regulate the rate and amount you wish to take in. The bag is portable, easy to clean and use. Cost wise the bag is cheap and will last for some time given proper care and storage.

Shower shots or tubes are  the most comment used. The aluminum ones they are somewhat expensive, ranging in price from 50€ to 150€ depending on where you purchase one.  It is portable, but not without disadvantages. The only disadvantages I have found are solids in the water will eventually clog up the openings in the shot and not enough nozzle depth for a really high cleaning.

or

Polypropylene or silicone tubing is cheaper between 25€ and 80€, flexible, easy to use/clean and sterilize for multiple person usage (still the best is that you use your own - hygienically) and now a day to buy in different sizes up to 40/50 cm. allowing for greater depth in cleaning. Easy to transport and is light weight.
Shots/tubes are sometimes equipped with an aluminum nozzle attached to a flexible hose, connected to a 2-way valve that is usually installed in the shower or you unscrew the showerhead and replace it with your tube.
Attention do not start with large/long tubes before you know how to clean yourself.
You don't want to hurt yourself so start with the standard sizes.

Most of these equipments / tools you can by or either on the web or in sexshops all over the world or just around your corner....
Cleaning up can be half the fun. So choose out of the variety of anal douches and enema styles for hygiene and pleasure.
